Like the first-tier, Gulf-front homes, designs for Gulf-view homes require two “front “facades, with architectural appeal on the Gulf-facing side and the street-facing side.
Front door access will be on the street side, with parking along the east lane.

Design Code regulations allow a both main house and an accessory unit on each Gulf-view site.
Certain versions require a six-foot deep porch along the street side.
