At the expansion of Cinnamon Shore, we’re calling on the best talent in Texas and from across the South. Land Planner Mark Schnell has brought a rigorous design code that evokes the charm of a classic beach town, while a select group of architects and interior designers will work to make each home fit that aesthetic and feel customized at the same time.
Beyond the rejuvenation experienced when gazing at the Gulf, we're planning a world-class spa and wellness center. Guests can look forward to relaxing treatment rooms, luxurious lounging areas, and menus of special treatment options. State-of-the-art fitness equipment will also help ensure a good workout.
